apparently not

so apparently my car rear door is out of whack. to the untrained eye, it looks fine. But after going to the agent for a quotation, i was told and also shown - how not ok it actually is.
so the thing is i have to replace the door. and my bumper has dropped a little too. the question now is : do i compromise safety and get it fixed outside (which would prolly be just some cosmetic work done) or do i get my whole door replaced because its really out of shape already. i think the answer is pretty clear. and i don't wanna have to hurt anyone by having my car door drop out while im driving halfway out on the road. too many risks involved.
but how do i do it without feeling bad for the other car owner who eventually has to pay. sigh.

*sigh* No choice, Maye-e. Just have to get it replaced. It's better to feel bad for the person who has to pay than to feel bad for the people who might get injured from the faulty door.

ya you are right
that is how i feel too.
cant compromise safety in this case esp with nate in the car all the time. thanks for the reassurance joan
